I live in Rosemount and visit this location occassionally. Most recently related to get a Toro lawnmower repaired. The folks in this store are ALWAYS courteous and professional. I worked with Ashley when I brought the mower in and she was great. The repair was completed early and the price was reasonable.
Brought my mower in with a broken belt was fixed, but found that the deck wasn't leveled correctly. 2 weeks later, major part broke they fixed that sent it back to me. Had issue with reverse on transmission, scalping the yard when you turn or on a hill and miscellaneous other things. had to take it to a real John Deere Dealer to get it repaired correctly. Sorry guys but this is not the first time for issues. It just a big one this time
