RecommendedMy wife and I had Chad assist us in finding the correct running shoe for each of us. You do not get the quality of service Chad offers in the big box stores.
I hardly ever write reviews, but today was definitely worthy of praise! I worked with Christian to find the perfect shoes for work. He spent over 20 mins helping me. My dog Cooper was with me as well and it’s a huge bonus that Front Runner is pet friendly! It was a huge relief to be able to run errands and not worry about Cooper in the car. They also gave him tons of love and treats! I will definitely be going back! The customer service is outstanding.
I had trouble with my running recently...hubby and I came in to find some help and that is what we got!!!! Got some inserts for my shoes and they have worked!!!!! Thank you sooo much!!!! I ran 6 miles today without any trouble!!! 😃😃

They’re not there just to run back and forth to get you different sizes. Trained and knowledgeable employees. Should’ve been shopping here for years.
THE place to buy shoes! Most of these types of stores can be very intimidating, but they were great with my husband and I. Highly recommend.

My physical therapist listed Front Runner in Hixson as his top choice for shoes. Chad Varga picked the right shoe for my rehab needs before even looking at my therapist's shoe choice list. Also, Chad and his staff remember what customer service really means. I'll definitely be back.
From the moment I walked into Front Runner Athletics, where I was greeted by a lovely lady, Wendy Ransome, I Just knew this was the place. Wendy took time to measure my feet and talk to me about what I wanted. After a few minutes she went and came back with boxes and the first shoes I tried on felt so good I wore them home. Thank You Wendy. I will be back
