We have been buying shoes at Front Runner since we met Chad at the YMCA over 13 years ago! They have always been helpful with soccer shoes and equipment and as our kids got older, with swim team equipment and high school track shoes, and eventually as our children have become young adults themselves, soccer refereeing and lifeguarding suits and whistles! I first went to Front Runner for shoes when I started out on my walking journey two years ago and they set me up with asics. (Prior to shoes, I had worked with them when my kid was on a swim team. I won't shop for my running shoes anywhere but this store! I think what means the most to me is the undivided attention you get when you're the one being served! If it takes 10 boxes of shoes to lace up for me they do it without a problem because they want me to be happy and they will give me honest feedback regarding what's best for MY issues with my feet which sometimes makes it tricky! Chad and his knowledgeable staff know shoes and running gear. That is what sets them apart from many other shoe stores. Having the right pair of shoes and socks makes all the difference. Every foot is different. As someone who has high arches and orthotics, they always help find the right shoe for me. I also love the fact that the store and all of the employees do so much to sponsor and promote running events in Chattanooga.
