We contracted with this local company because we believed their product was a quality one and their prices were good compared to several other systems online or installed through larger companies. I would still say the product is good, but dealing with them has been one frustration after another. Non-returned phone calls, delayed ordering and delivery, multiple rescheduling of the installation, etc. David, the installer was great, but overall I wish we would have ordered directly from Organized Living and installed it oursel... read more
