Went out of his way to work with cramped parking area and narrow driveway. Super polite and helpful. Even added more tie downs for me! Will use again.
We had the BEST experience with Front Range MI-BOX! Our move date got changed several times due to deals falling through, closings being moved up and other crazy issues. Every time I'd call Bart and he'd take care of us. He was able to reschedule our containers to the dates and times that we needed. He was even able to get us a 3rd container delivered the day of our move after we realized 2 containers weren't going to be enough that morning! We used MiBox for our move this week. We had one box dropped a few weeks ago, packed it up and had it hauled away and another one dropped, packed, and hauled. These guys were so prompt and friendly, it couldn't have been easier. I would call on a Sunday expecting to leave a message, and Bart would answer. He made everything happen as soon as possible and the driver was so friendly and quick. Our last box was just hauled off and my boys are going to miss watching them being loaded and unloaded! Excellent experience with Front Range Mi-Box. Reconstruction of my house required me moving everything out of the house and the box quality was perfect. Ease of receiving the box, payment processing, customer service was overall a great experience. Could not have been more pleased. Thank you for the amazing customer service. My experience with Front Range MI-Box was nothing but excellent. Every delivery was at the expected time. Each time I needed to get or give information over the phone, the staff was friendly and quick to respond. And the quality of the box was better than expected.
