I HIGHLY recommend MI-Box for anyone needing this type of moving or storage service. Bart, the owner, returned calls on the weekend even though they are not open, went over everything completely with us, with awesome suggestions, and lived up to everything he promised. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, efficient. It was an absolutely pleasant experience and I highly recommend them. I have used another company of such services and had a bad experience.
we were under the impression we would be notified when the box was to be picked up and were awaiting that notification when the box showed up at our new location. As a result the box was not fully secured and all our belongings were knocked over. Upon emailing the company we were informed they just pick up the pod and basically it's our problem. not impressed and don't recommend. you get what you pay for.
They had the lowest price and gave great service. Hassle free and worry free.
WOW! This was so convenient and easy. Boxes dropped off and picked up on timely manner. Bart was super nice. I would recommend Mi-Box for anyone moving.
We recently used Mi-Box for our latest move. Everyone that we worked with has been very pleasant and professional. The owner even gave us some great info on how to pack our box and people we could hire to pack it for us. We are storing our belongings until our new home is completed and this is the best way to go. We have already told our friends and family to use them for their moves as well. Our box arrived and was picked up when they said it would and we had no issues.
I am absolutely blown away by Bart of MI-BOX. fantastic communication, on top of calls and confirmations, super helpful with hints and ideas, patient with many of my questions...5* at is best. His driver Kevin is a very nice, polite and pleasant man and a punctual one, too. The container was clean and damage free and I cant be happier about going with them. support local businesses!
