It is hard to believe how this company has stayed in business based off of the way they treat customers. Prices are excessive and zero customer service when mistakes are made. Be vary wary and scrutinize the estimate very carefully as they will not stand behind when their employees cost the consumer.

We have been in contact with the customer and we are taking care of the Choke Cherry that needs to be pruned with no additional charge.
The contracted job was to take down five tall (60’) trees and to cut the tree into 16” logs. The removal of the trees was a 5 star job and couldn’t have been done any better. Two of the trees were very close to the house, and the tree cutter felled all portions of the tree perfectly. When it came to cutting the tree into logs however, I would give them one star since it was a terrible job. Ken we are happy that the tree removal went good for you, we do apologize for the inconvenience on the length of the wood that was left, sometimes with larger trees we have to cut some of the pieces smaller for our crews to be able to manage them. The front range arborists team that removed the giant Siberian elm from my back yard was by far the best to ever service this tree and my wife and I have lived here for 43 years. They were professional, very knowledgeable, polite, pleasant to work with and efficient. They cleaned up after their work and left my yard looking better than before they started. The crew showed up on time, was very friendly and courteous. They listened to my requests and offered options. They were quick and efficient. They cleaned up all the debris from a large 50 year old maple, very well. The crew also kept us informed, moved all breakable yard ornaments and solar lights before the job, replaced them afterwards, and also closed and latched our gates. Great crew and work!
