They were charismatic and convincing in the beginning, but their true colors showed after 6 months or so. They are untrustworthy, bad communicators, and I had to watch every move they made to make sure I wasn’t losing money. On three separate occasions, they were shorting me on money. When confronted, they said that they expect their property owners to watch the money to make sure Front Porch is paying me the right amount.
