The realtor Barbara Shelton has TERRIBLE customer service!!! So rude and unpleasant to speak with! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
I have never encountered such a rude and disgusting person. Barbara was so nasty while speaking on the phone and also told me to go to hell, 0/10 would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
Definitely wouldn’t recommend renting from a company like this. The first red flag was asking for deposit at the same time as application, haven’t heard of any other company needing that until this one. We had found a house that was on the market for over a month with no applications or inquiries (after seeing the house condition and the price I can now see why) so we applied only to find out that once they got some attention, the house was worth another $400 a month than the price we applied for. They are deeply unpleasant to work with from the get-go. At no point are you safe as a renter, because they prioritize their property OWNERS profits more than anything. They didn't even disclose that there was a rented backroom of the house before we paid deposits. They gaslight their renters into thinking that the renters (me) caused problems that existing on the property before our move-in. We moved into a house back in May of this year. It has been a busy couple of months with personal family crisis which is why I'm late on this review. Barbara was nothing but professional during our leasing process. And still is. When other leasing companies wanted blood types on their application, Frontpage was easy and smooth. So thank you Barbara for making our lives that much easier and for taking notice of our rental history. Thank you also for responding so quickly to maintenance orders. We appreciate all you do!
