Horrible Service – Front Page News has a great outdoor patio. I've heard the food was really good too... unfortunately, I never got as far as receiving a menu. Arrived Saturday evening and requested for an outdoor table. We were told there would be a 20-25 minute wait even though there were plenty of empty tables out on the patio. Nonetheless, we grabbed a couple drinks at the bar while we waited for the hostess to tell us our table was ready. After about 15-20 minutes, a group of 8-10 walked in and stood by the hostess stan... read more

Terrible – We called while parking to find out if there was a wait. We were told there was no wait. When we arrived the host clearly looked at our two small children, and said there was a wait. Five parties were all sat before us in tables and booths. We were finally sat in a booth 30+ minutes after we arrived. We ordered almost thirty minutes later. We did not receive our food until almost two hours after we arrived. The food was decent. Until! My son clearly came down with food poisoning from his corn dog nuggets, fries, o... read more

Manager Use Profanity! – Today started out great, picked up a buddy for a quick lunch. Went to FPN and ordered the Grouper sandwich. It was brought to me, bit in to it and realized this is/'was not GROUPER. I believe it was Tilapia (a lot of places try to pass tilapia off as grouper). The manager came over and explained this was ASIAN grouper, but yes grouper. I am contacting the health department now to have this checked. I am convinced that what they are selling is not in any grouper family, but we'll leave that one to the... read more

This Was The Worst Lunch I've Had In Years – I'd had lunch here several times before but it'd been years since I'd last visited. I invited a business partner and bragged about the food while we drove there. Needless to say, I for one was excited. The reception was warm to begin with, I have always enjoyed the outdoor seating but it was just a little too hot and we wanted a quiet location where we could talk. So we were seated upstairs in the back. The waiter was for the most part ok. I didn't really pay him much attention un... read more

Horrible experience – My wife and I took our daughter out to Front Page News on Crescent, last Saturday evening. We reserved a table, via Lindsay (one of the only good experiences with FPN) upfront near the band for 10:00PM. When we arrived, no one to show us our table. Once we located it, purely by chance, it was a complete mess, and there was no one to clean it up. When did Atlanta become self service? So we did bus our own table, and were promptly, and rudely yelled at by the waiter who magically showed up after we cleane... read more

Business response:

I am sorry your experience at FPN wasn't what you expected. Like the New Orleans bar-restaurants we're modeled on, we straddle a line between tavern & nightclub. Weekends at 10 p.m. we go into club mode. We become more crowded, bands play, we go from mostly food to mostly drinks & near the band it is too crowded for full waiter service. We cocktail, but most patrons get drinks from the bars. I wish we had made you aware of this when you called. Despite our being in "club mode" I have no excuse for uncleared tables or rudenes... read more

Good Food! – The food was good.. My friends and I find it decent...But for me I love the meat ... the roasted meat . They may need to hassle up a little with the service but all throughout it was fine.

What a Sunday Brunch – Had a taste of FPN's Sunday Brunch and me and my friends really had a good one. Thanks for the great service! Keep it up!

Great atmosphere – If you're looking for a good patio dining experience, this is the place to be. We went here with my family a few days ago and I simply loved the ambiance. But I was not really amazed with the food they served us. It was good, but nothing special. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed having brunch at this restaurant.
