The rooms require renovation, as the carpet and furniture are showing signs of wear. The receptionist's behavior was unfortunately quite rude, which made me feel unwelcome. Consequently, I departed from the hotel room earlier than planned. I would not choose to stay there again. It would be beneficial for the staff to receive training on how to interact with guests in a courteous and friendly manner.

Very difficult check in process during business hours otherwise you have to get keys from other apartments elsewhere and none of it is clear before you book it. Charge an arm and a leg to cancel the booking

I stayed here 5 days for work. Initially I was not happy with the late check in process where I wasn't informed I had to collect the key card from their sister hotel Millers 15 mins walk away - with luggage in tow & back - past 11pm on a cold winter night(don't expect any response from management on this) However, to be fair, overall it was pretty good value. Not happy at al!! Arrived st the address 88 Frome st it was closed. No after hours safe to get keys. Called the number & was told to.go to Miller's Apts ij Hindley st to collect the access card. Had to walk 15-20 mins in the cold from 88 Frome st to Miller's apts in Hindley st with luggage to pick up the access card and then walk back another 20 minutes back to 88 Frome st!!. At least 3-4 kms of walking with luggage in tow! No prior communication at all .Staff at Miller's claim they didn't have my details even though my book... read more

Stayed here for a weekend getaway, not a bad spot for the price you are paying. Close by Rundle Mall for your shopping needs and easy transport with nearby Trams. Rooms were tidy and cozy, beds were average and the service was pretty good. Not too shabby!
