Booked through booking.com, was not the same or similar apartment as the room that was displayed on booking.com, felt like misleading and deceptive conduct to get people to book, room was very dingy, outdated furniture, no heating or cooling in the bedrooms, balcony was not even big enough to be able to sit outside, we would not stay here again.

We arrived late at 7pm and had to go to another apartment block to collect our keys, the Miller apartments. There was no parking there and as it was on Hindley street, arguably the busiest street in the CBD, it was a real issue trying to find somewhere to leave the car for a few minutes. This was a real nuisance. The nearest car park is a 10 minute walk so with luggage and kids in tow this may be an issue. We had a 2 room apartment. The main area was very small but clean. Very disappointed with our recent stay. I read all the reviews which seemed ok. The bed was so uncomfortable and hard, the apartment was dirty (needed a good scrub down) the bathroom was ok, but outdated. The shower pressure was low, and the balcony was so tiny (only fits 1 person, no room for a chair) and so close to the neighbours room, that we heard every conversation. We were on the 3rd floor.
