Very poor appraisal. After I saw the appraised amount I was able to pull six recently sold homes with more accurate specifications all apprasing for $35-$50k. I contacted my mortgage company and they were in agreement with me. They reached out to Fromback and he refused to relook at the homes recently sold. The mortgage company allowed me to do a second appraisal at no cost and the second appraisal can in at $45k higher. The bank mentioned that Frombank was arrogant refusing to have any leeway.
