Quick and easy service! I was in and out within 3 minutes. I want to give this company a major KUDOS for providing this testing site to the public. I appreciate having an option outside of urgent care facilities, where you may be exposed to other illnesses and viruses. The staff member who helped me was the sweetest—very kind, friendly, and professional. Thank you for making the process so convenient and welcoming!
This place is terrible. The email clearly states that you can use multiple forms of ID to be serviced. HOWEVER, they only take birth certificates. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! And I will not be using/ suggesting the establishment anymore!
I had to report this place! I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at your enrollment center located at 921 Forestdale Blvd., Birmingham, Alabama. During my appointment, a young man was assisting me with my fingerprinting. While he was helping me, Allison Hopkins approached us and interrupted the process by asking him what he was doing.
