Appointment cancelled without phone call, only to receive one half hour later trying to get me to return ( through snow storm) and reschedule because they decide they are back on. Took my money failed to refund pretty sad when your in need of help and you have to deal with this after booking an appointment
Definitely do not waste your time and money here. The receptionist or nurse not sure her name is Sarah is needs some training on how to speak to patients.
Absolutely worth paying $20 to make an appointment and not wait at a walk in for hours. Plus Sarah at this location is such an amazing representative of what our health care system could and should be. Someone who cares and is passionate about helping people and such a welcoming and great experience seeing her. Thank you Sarah, this will be my go to for medical stuff in the future.
Very disappointed in the service here. My daughter had an appointment over a week ago. The nurse sent her for some tests and promised that she’d get back to her as soon as they were back. The test results have been back for a week. Have not heard a peep from the nurse. My daughter ended up emailing her a few days ago to follow up as she’s still having symptoms and would like some resolution. She has not heard back at all, so the nurse has essentially ghosted her.
