Disappointed and discouraged is what I feel! I just called Valerie and let her know,within the week of my haircut, that I'm unhappy and that the top is too long and around my right ear is uneven and needs to be cleaned up. Unfortunately, she gave me a long-drawn-out speech about how I should have checked before I left her chair. Never have I felt so put off! Very rude, never again!

Valerie and her team did the bridal party, bride and mothers plus a friend for my daughters wedding. Not only did they travel to us to make it convenient and comfortable for us, they did a fantastic job on everyone.
