This use to be our favorite restaurant but we went for my husband's 75 th birthday. He ordered his favorite "the pork chop" and changed to Mac and cheese/ collard green in stead of bed of sweet potato / butternut squash. They bring out a cowgirl steak. He tells the waiter and the waiter argues it is a pork chop!!!🙄 My father owned a butcher shop ,I do know meats. He ate it and it was a good steak. Delicious food and excellent service. Our waiter, Rhett, was very attentive and had a great sense of humor. Took great care of all of us. I had the Maine oysters and the tile fish special. Both were unbelievable. Will definitely go back.
If there was a bright spot to my evacuation it was having dinner at "Frog Hollow" on Broad Street in Augusta, GA. A farm to table restaurant; It was simply extraordinary in every way. Not only did I get to spend some time with my best friends. I enjoyed an amazing dining experience. When life deals you lemons you have to make lemonade. I will always remember Rebecca. She is a rather rare jewel and exemplary of someone who loves her job.
A great restaurant that lives up to the hype. Our server (Courtney) was very helpful and courteous, as well as the rest of the staff. the portions were superb and very delicious. You will not leave disappointed.
