I have to say that I have had the two worst doctor visits of my life with the last 2 appointments I had at the West Bend location. Two different individuals who treated me like complete garbage. It was by far the worst treatment I have ever received by a “physician” at any facility anywhere. I am glad that I had a reliable witness with me during one of these incidents and it has been formally documented and recorded. Switching from Aurora to Froedtert was a huge mistake. The best people are up here in west bend love them to death all the froedert staff
There are some excellent doctors; there are bad doctors. If you can weed through them, you can get some excellent care, otherwise it's like playing the roulette wheel. The building itself and their system works well most of the time, although I've had some bad experiences in the lab department.
Our experience here has been a disaster. We have been constantly under-informed about our care situation and the patient's safety ignored.
Seriously!! waiting to pick out new glasses in the eye department. One person working and five of us waiting for service. Whats wrong with this picture. Do you think the woman could have a little help????? I was here @ 11 wonder what time I'll get done??

Went into the walk-in clinic on a Sunday morning and the x-ray showed I had a broken leg (tibial plateau fracture). The Dr.'s instructions: "No weight bearing and follow up with an orthopedic Dr." Asked about crutches the Dr.'s response " You can get those at Walgreens" REALLY???? No weight bearing but you sent me out without crutches and no brace? I did follow up with an orthopedic Dr. and she said if I would have come to her on Monday she would have done surgery the same day due to the nature of the fracture. I now have a ... read more
