So my mother has diverticulitis. She was having an episode a week or two ago. Obviously the main symptom is diarrhea. We have been telling her to go in and they usually give her antibiotics. When she calls today to get an appointment they ask her whats going on and she explains the usual symptom listed above. They proceed to tell her that she needs to get a covid test! She has not been in contact with anyone let alone anyone who has covid or has been exposed. They are REFUSING to see her until she agrees to the test. This is... read more
This really happened to me yesterday!! 🤬🤬🤬 I went to a different medical clinic for care!! I will never go to this doctor again and DO NOT recommend!!!

Im here for an 11:30 appointment, it is now 12:40, but yet I will still have to pay my full co pay, my time doesn't matter i guess... still waiting......clock ticking...... lalalala
Be able to answer the phone when needed- how long does it take for anyone to get back to a person-
If you're going to make people wait over an hour for a simple eye appointment maybe you should have some thing else to read in the waiting rooms besides 3 bibles an one newspaper for the nurses to use.
