Went in for stitches and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The wait was a little long but all in all very satisfied with the outcome.
I was here to see Dr. LoGiudice in the plastic surgery clinic. My experience was great. Reception was very friendly. His staff was very friendly & professional. He did a very thorough exam & listened to me. Never made me feel rushed or that I was taking up his time. He clearly explained all of my options & everything that goes with them. He also connected me with other patients I could talk to in my situation. Amazing!!

I was thoroughly checked out, taken care of and made as comfortable as possible. I just had a bad cough and sore throat. Only expected cough medicine. The doctor did a thorough check up, spent the time to listen to me/ask about all symptoms, sent me to x-ray to make sure it wasn't pneumonia and then gave me medications to help my symptoms (bronchitis) and get me more comfortable. All in a decent amount of time. Thank you!
2nd time here. First time through Dr brushed me off and said I was okay, btw I needed surgery. She claimed I was reading too much on the Internet. I never claimed I was online reading anything. The 2nd time I broke my foot. It was a pretty bad break. Didn't offer ice or much of anything. Someone needs to get in there and turn up the expectations. New Berlin has always been great for me.
The doctor was running an hour late. Nobody thought to tell any patients as they came in. I asked for the Provider Relations phone number. And I was given a wrong number!
