If you have a surgery done here be sure to ask many questions and get details as I found with my experience this facility does not willingly inform you. Much of my surgical events were erased by a drug called Midazolam. This drug is given so that you have no memory of being wheeled in the OR or prep, but I was calm about my procedure and feel this was an unnecessary drug. Excellent experience. Husband had surgery here. Went well, staff was excellent and so was our surgeon, but we knew that before we came, we chose her and Froedtert.
My husband has surgery here ,nurses,doctors,front desk people were all very,kind,compassionate and kept me posted and up to date every step of the way, good experience!
I would never have a surgery done here. Everything is kept so secretive about your own or your loved ones care. Once you are out of surgery don't even think about calling anyone to ask questions, you will get no where. The nursing staff is highly unprofessional, I always thought a nurse was suppose to educate you on your procedure and what was going to happen to you upon arrival to the OR and recovery as well as be your advocate-- this was so not the experience my husband and I had with the nursing staff. The front desk staff was so extremely rude to an elderly patient that I would not recommend this office. They need to be trained on how to handle elderly people. They don't need to be scolded like they are children. If you cant handle patients with dignity then you have no business working in the health care field. PERIOD!!! Disgusting behavior.
Dr Neil Luy's the greatest! And so is his nurse SABRINA!!
