I went for the walk in time was a bit early didn't start until 12:30 but they told me to come back at 12 o'clock I came back at 12:10 and it was already two people ahead of me... I will call right away and they did all the tests that they can do on me including labs but I never saw a doctor just a nurse practitioner
The customer service is atrocious! I asked for a number to speak with their customer service and the woman wouldn't give ME the card, she reached past me, and gave the card to my spouse. I am a patient there too. Additionally, the doctor we saw stunk of cigarettes, didn't listen to our concerns, instead just focused on what we were referred to him for. We are NOT coming back.
Love my doctors here. Even if they can't figure something out they will send you to someone who can figure it out. Drive 40 minutes just to come here. Won't go no where else.
Our doctors here are the best and I haven't met a bad staff member yet.
