this was my first visit here and I was impressed by how clean the building was and how inviting the staff was. I was greeted immediately and even though the receptionist said my Dr was running about 30 min behind, I had just barely sat down in the lobby when I was called back.
What od I recommend? I recommend going elsewhere for medical care!
My family of 5 have been patients at the North Hills clinic for quite some time. It used to be the best patient experience. The doctors are still fantastic but their turnover is concerning and the staff are behaving more MEAN and transactional. It is a sad day when as a patient I have to work hard to establish rapport and ask them (front desk, MA, and nurses) how are they doing in an attempt they will treat me like a human being.
