I believe Dr. Rogers is an amazing provider with an outstanding bedside manner who truly goes above and beyond. She advocated for me, and through her persistence and referrals, I was able to get diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease. I feel heard and validated by her care, and I’m incredibly grateful. I plan to continue seeing her and will follow her wherever she goes.
First time here and to be honest, I don’t ever want to come back. The staff had no personality, bad customer service, just plain dry and completely uncomfortable. All I needed was simple blood draw. Literally a five minute appointment. I did not get any kind of friendly anything from anyone at all. No greet no nothing. Definitely felt like I was not wanted there from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out the door.
Terrible. Dereliction of duty./Negligent. Serious allegations, but I can prove them. Do not trust your health care here. I already told my NP that I wanted to file a complaint, sure she said, then her supervisor was in a meeting and will call me, never happened. This place is terribly managed with negligent doctors and nurse practitioners. I'll be looking for a new Doctor. Run, run far from this place.
