Same as what other people said. They don't take walk ins. It's two hours before close and they are leaving. I can't make an appointment. No one answers the phone when you call the number and when you click on "make appointment " it just takes you to an app.
Horrible interaction, horrible service.
I have used the FastCare several times now and they've been great. I do make an appointment, but I've always been able to find one that day. The staff is friendly and are able to take care of issues like a suspected UTI instead of waiting at Urgent Care or several days to get into my primary. I'm very thankful these clinics have opened up.
I've found these fast care clinics to be just as good as an office visit.
