Every person was friendly, respectful, and professional. Very impressive! I have already recommended you to my sister and she will be calling. Also, John had agreed to see you about his snoring issue so I guess you're stuck with us! We did not discuss finances past the fact that they are tight but may change so that is blank.
You always make us feel important to you (we know we are) and it's a pleasure to visit with you and to receive your excellent care of us.
As usual, I had a very pleasurable appointment at Froeber Dentistry. From the friendly greeting I received at the front desk when I arrived, to the high level of professionalism in the treatment I received, I was very satisfied with the overall experience. Kudos to Dr. Froeber and the entire staff.

Patti and her staff are great with my kids and I appreciate that they take time to explain the same things I've covered at home - it means more coming from you. The kids actually listen to you, Adam now counts to 10 on each tooth :-).
You guys are so awesome there's not really anything to change...there's a reason I drive 90 miles round trip to go there :). However, I do miss the music, and I don't always love the piped in stuff. I can be picky :). Maybe an option to either have your own music again or to have it turned off entirely? But that's nitpicking...my free dog food scoop gift alone was TOTALLY worth the drive. :)
