This has never happened before, but due to an injury Dr. Patty had an alternate dentist do my exam this day, which I had been made aware of the day before with an option to cancel. I appreciated that she went the extra mile to make sure visits were covered. Dr. Patty was there part-time to greet as many of her patients as she could in person, to explain, introduce, and to answer any questions that came up. I've been a patient of Dr. Froeber for 17 years, and can't imagine seeing anyone else. Her care, as well as that of all her staff, is stellar. I honestly look forward to my visits, whether for maintenance or for cause (e.g., broken tooth). Nobody does it better.
