I have very sensitive teeth and some general sensory issues, so having people poking around in my mouth can bring out some pretty intense fight-or-flight responses. (At a previous dentist I once pushed my way out of the chair in the middle of a procedure and was halfway down the hall before they caught up with me.) Great service, everyone there is so friendly. I had to reschedule a few times and they were very accommodating. Also appreciate that they’re on schedule and I don’t have to wait longer than a few minutes.
The staff is very nice and polite! It was my first visit and I appreciated how Dr. Patti Froeber sat down to get to know me before she started to talk about my dental needs.
On my first visit, I was welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. Dr. Patti asked me lots of questions and had good recommendations for my dental health. The clinic is right near where I live in southeast Minneapolis, so it is convenient for me to walk there. I look forward to getting my dental care with Dr. Patti and her staff!
Everyone at the office was welcoming and kind. I have not been to a dentist in a very long time, and was nervous about going - but a tooth ache forced me to face my fears. Patti was so kind, walked me through the current state of my teeth and gums. When I told her I was not fond of needles ... she offered to combine appointments so I needed only one shot and offered headphones with music during the procedures. I have to have some work done and I'm actually looking forward to seeing Patti and her team.
Everyone was super friendly, and educated. I never felt like a number or felt overwhelmed. I was walked through every step of my experience and every question and concern was answered.
From the friendly ladies at the reception area to the dental assistants to Dr. Patti herself, all are genuinely friendly, helpful, and interested in making your visit as pleasant as possible. You get masterful competence and friendly humility instead of the usual medical hubris and nose-in-clipboard indifference that characterizes so much of the medical landscape. Thank you!
Dr. Froeber and her staff are the friendliest and most helpful dental care team on the planet! Seriously, I have not always been the best with my dental hygiene and Dr. Froeber's team of professionals really go out of their way to keep me and my dental hygiene on track for a healthy future. Her staff are always welcoming, never judgmental on individual dental habits, so give her and try and walk out smiling!
