Dr. Kumru is an amazing Doctor and she will missed at my current doctors office and I will try to follow her if she going somewhere else. I've never had a doctor that cared so much for me and my health, she was my doctor and when she needed to be she was my heavy. I was not really trying to get better and she finnaly sat me down and gave me the talking to tha I needed most. So Anna if you see this let me know where you are going and take me with you. Dee
Dr. Nichols is easy to talk to and listens well. I have seen her for many years and would recommend her highly.
I have been a patient of Dr. Vaugh’s for about 10 years. She is better than my previous doctor. I usually felt rushed and most of the time, my questions were not answered. She is no longer associated with LMH. The office staff was great.
This doctor required me to make an appointment for every single question I had. She said LMH’s Patient Portal is an inadequate platform to conduct appropriate medical care. The last question I had was for my insurance company. They needed a billing code. I would have literally had to pay her to get said code. Her nurses were rude to me, as well, in the Patient Portal. This whole office is a joke and unresponsive. Totally unable to talk to someone by phone, stonewalled in person, no support for patients that need help in between scheduled visits. Do not recommend any provider at this location.

Terrible experience with in office hemmorhoid treatment. Doesn’t have a good grasp of innervation of the anus. See a rectal surgeon instead and spare yourself needless suffering.
Filled with hope I drove two hours to see this doctor. Prepared with an MRI and recent xray images I felt confident he was the answer to my nightmare. Since Feb. 2023 I have been unable to hold my head up on my own. Living daily with my chin forced to my chest. When finally seen it was by a PA not the doctor I had hoped. She spent less then 15 minutes with me and never touched my neck. She said she felt that I had muscle damage from an auto accident and ref. me to weeks of PT and pain managment. I've always found Dr. Weatherford to be friendly, courteous and very personable. Takes time to answer all my questions and never in a rush. Great doc. Everyone on the staff is great too. Nurses call back in a timely manner and office staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Can't understand why there are any negative reviews but I find if I treat people nicely I usually get that in return but some folks never figure that out.
