You can take your pick from 22 different kinds, all cooked to perfection in authentic wood-burning ovens, which are also used to prepare a variety of roasted meats. Rude Staff, Bad Attitude – I've been coming to Fritti for about three years and have always enjoyed it...until last night that is. My date and I showed up around 10:30 - a bit late I know but the Website says they serve until 11 PM - and were grudgingly seated only to be told that, while the kitchen was still open, the bartender had already closed out. As a result, we could have no drinks. Now, why any place would keep high-cost kitchen staff on while cutting a $3/hour bartender is beyond me, all the more so since bar sales ... read more

If you want good Pizza, DON'T GO HERE – Read some of the recent reviews about customer service and quality of pizza. The only thing good about this place is the atmosphere...other than that, nothing else was good. First of all, the service is super slow. The waitress greeted us and brought us waters...then there was no check back for about 15 minutes. She came back 15 minutes later and didn't even ask if we wanted anything else to drink. She directly asked if we were ready to order. We gave an order for an appetizer, which I... read more

Fritti, Fritti, Fritti ! – I recently visited Fritti with my wife and a group of friends. I was first struck with the space. It has two patios, one covered, one uncovered, a main inside dining area, and a loft area. This place can accomidate any group, no matter the size. We were greeted with a smile by a lovely, courteous hostess and seated right away (it was very busy and we had no reservation). Our server greeted us quickly, and was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Having never dined at Fritti before we decided to try as ... read more

Very busy for a reason! – I had a great experience at fritti recently. The pizza is as close to real pizza from naples as you can get, and the atmosphere is awesome! Cool music and very attentive service make for a great experience, and the value for an intown restaurant can't be beat!!

Unattentive, Dry Service, Pizza Not Worth It! – Met friends here recently for a week-night dinner and it is a cute spot, but the service and food is not up to par. The pizza was not flavorful and was extremely oily, so oily that I was sick the remainder of the night. Our service was not very friendly and not attentive. I would not recommend this restaurant if you want good authentic Italian pizza.

Snob city, and a total rip-off – Are you kidding me? This place needs a serious reality check. Sure, the decor is hip and the people are beautiful (mostly), but the menu is limited, the pizza is mediocre, and the food is way overpriced. Ordered what was supposed to be a salad with tuna, and instead, I received three paper-thin slices of raw tuna, garnished with a few lonely sprigs of infant arugula - okay, I thought to myself, perhaps a little tuna carpaccio will serve as a nice appetizer, let's see how it is. The dish wasn'... read more

Bad service and only OK food!!!! – If you want better service and better pizza go down the street to Johnnys. Your pocketbook will thank you as well. The service at Fritti is awful. The food is over-priced, under cooked and served with an attitude of; "if you don't like it, to bad". I ordered a salad for my meal, picked one that was with some fancy beef for $10 from the menu. When it showed up with maybe a 1/4 cup of greens four or five small pieces of cheese and three paper thin slices of beef. I ask the server if this was ... read more

Terrible service – Friends took me there for my birthday. A variety of delicious yet overpriced pizzas and non-existant service did not make for a positive first impression.

Food decent, service horrible – My GF and I went to Fritti's about a month ago expecting a nice dinner. We had a horrible server. He came up to the table, didn't say hello or smile or welcome us, instead angrily asked "what do you want?" WE were completely shocked by his blatantly rude demeanor, so we asked his name and his suggestions about the menu. He literally said, "yea its all pizza, what do you want?" Wine bottle was not presented and he opened it while walking across the restaurant, spilt sizable amount on the table,... read more
