I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I knew my experience would be excellent because of how the receptionist welcomed my family and I when we arrived. I had to stay over night after my procedure and Gabriel, Carrie, and Rhonda made my stay feel like home away from home.
I went for my procedure. And they called me and changed my appointment from 6am to 1045am I said that was ok. I got there at 955am and filled out mypaperwork and handed it back to them. Then no communication from them and they seem my around 1220pm . Then when I was seen by the nurse. I said finally after a hour . She said well we have been really busy. Five stars aren't enough for Frisco First. Today, my hubby and I came in for our procedures. From the receptionist to the nurses and doctors, everyone was nice,warm, friendly, and professional. This was a top-notch experience, and if I had to have more procedures, this is where we want to go. Thank you for making our first experience a great.

I highly recommend this surgery center for your needs.I can not express enough, my satisfaction with my surgeries and the staff. They made a terrible day better. They were so friendly and accommodating. I felt the love and care from the nurses and staff. And Dr. Lee is the best. Thank you all for your time and care.
