Just got back from eating here and our service was really bad and the salad bar wasn't fully stocked and our waitress was really rude. Will not eat at this location ever again.
Awesome breakfast!!! It reminds me of Shoneys... except better!!
Drive through tonight...30 minutes! For 2 Pepsis and a Swiss miss. maybe 6 cars in the parking lot, so wasn't busy inside. Rude worker at the window. Started to pull away and realized there were no straws. Sent my son in to get some and he waited another 5 min at the counter for someone. Ridiculous. Will never go here again.
Went a week ago Friday on the 26th of May & was told by our waitress they are out of onion rings....really the worst thing i've ever heard at a frischs. The next time it happens im liable to leave and go to another one. Once is enough for me!!!!
Worse service ever!!! I had to wait 8 min at the door and the place had like three table filled. A waiter took our drink order then said another waiter will be with you shortly well that took 11 min. Seriously 11 min. My son goes to front desk to ask for a box and a man came behind him to pay and she totally ignored my son and took the man behind him then she left and started talking to people in the dining area. I think I'll be going to a different Frisch's from here on out!
The service was really bad waited for 15 minutes and no one came to the table had to talk to the manager before any service then the waitress only came by once after she served the food that was to give me the check it will be a long time before I come back.
