They said the drive thru opens at 7 am online so we waited 20 min to have them tell us over the speaker that they open at 8 am. And she was rude
Where’s the beef? 🤷🏻♀️ My mom came up from Florida and looked forward to eating here and this was what she got. Very disappointing.

you do not want to eat here. i was a cook for 10 months. filthy and VERY unsanitary
The restaurant was not even busy. Me and my daughter were sitting at the table for over 10 minutes then a waitress came and stayed at I’m sorry I had no idea that you guys were being seated. After we gave our order 30 minutes later she came back and informed us that if it’s going to take longer due to the fact that the staff in the kitchen does not know what they’re doing and that they messed up the orders. After additional 20 minutes we finally received our food which was absolutely disgusting lookingAnd items were missing
We were sat and waited 20 minutes with servers who are only focused on the booths. Never were even acknowledged, upon walking out a family at the entrance said they were waiting to be seated for ten minutes. They left with us, hopefully the other two tables were served who were waiting longer than we were. Thank you Red Robin for serving us.
Frisch's, you've changed your burger patties to be as thin as paper. A tissue is thicker. You're losing my business.
0 stars would be more fitting. Ask me 3 times what I ordered at the drive thru, then ask to see my receipt?? Get home and my hot fudge cake was messed up.
I got a belly ache after I got back to work. Blah....
