Terrific experience all around! Just wrapped up 2nd rental property Roof installation. Same amazing crew, both were tough projects. They executed them perfectly. The office staff is amazing too. They take detailed notes during calls so whenever I called everyone was well informed. The job contracted was expedited in a very timely manor. The job was a large roofing job at a 33 unit apartment building. Frisby worked with the tenants and made sure no harm came to their personal belongings and the clean up was excellent! highly recommend this company.

I got my roof done in sept2019. The sales process for a new roof was super easy and the people were extremely responsive. Price wasn’t the absolute cheapest, but not most expensive either. They did the quote via satellite which was nice bc I didn’t have to leave work to babysit a guy on a ladder or listen to a 30min sales pitch looking at a crusty binder. This was after dealing with 4 other companies in an attempt to get an estimate and someone to look at our house. Frisby was a pleasure to work with. We had a phone conference to go over the contract, which i filled out online. We were told that the roofing job would be put on the schedule for completion in the next 4 weeks [weather permitting]. I received emails informing me of the projected time and where we stood on their schedule. Within a week of contact, we were called and told the roofing materials would be delivered on a Tuesday and the roof done on Wednesday.
