Hello, when I got the filer in the mail with the estimate for my roof, I thought this is too good to be true, so I called, and set up an appointment, the place was clean, and professional, the people were nice, and knowledgeable, the job was done in a timely manner, it took one day, the roofers were professional, and efficient, they left my place very clean, very satisfied with the service I received, Thank you!

We live approximately an hour away from Frisby Construction, but heard they were a great company, so we gave them a call after our roof needed replaced due to storm damage. They came out and looked at the roof, contacted the insurance company and worked with them directly to resolve our claim. One of the ladies in the office worked closely with us, and not only could we call the office and/or email her, she gave us her cell phone # and I have to tell you, she answers seven days a week! Frisby Construction was great. Very easy to work with and delivered a good quality service. New roof and gutters after severe thunderstorm damage. Excellent job working with the insurance adjuster.

I was amazed how quickly the crew was able to remove the roof and then install the new one. After the clean-up you would not have known they had been there!

Overall, I found the Frisby Roofing office crew polite and accommodating. We have a complicated roof that would take a couple of days to get done. The weather did not cooperate in getting us a window of opportunity without rain. It easily took a 3 week period to get started. That was OK with me. The roofing crew was extremely hard working as it was 90+ degrees working a 12 hour day. They cleaned up well. My garden is a bit trampled but I knew that would happen. All in all, I was pleased. We where very satisfied with our roof, siding and gutters! Over all it was a good experience. I would have liked a bit more communication from the office staff on scheduling and contractors.

Frisby runs a very efficient process, important to the home owner. From the contact quote by Kevin to the final review by Lilly of final cost, they consistently communicated with me so I knew when to expect them and what was expected of me in preparation. Very affordable. No one can control the weather, but when there was a rain delay for my job (only one day)- they let me know and, honestly, they told me that it could be a factor from the very beginning of the process. Full disclosure: This will be the second job we’ve awarded Frisby Construction. Frisby was again hired to replace a storm damaged roof, this time on our primary residence. In this instance, Frisby started our job right in the middle of a 100-degree heatwave.
