Serena did a fantastic job with my hair! She knows how to cut curly hair, which has been a rarity in my experience. Loved how down to earth she is, and she explains things as she’s cutting your hair! Absolutely recommend.

I did a haircut with Serena, and my, did I absolutely love it. Both my mother and I were able to receive haircuts from her, and we both enjoyed our experiences. Serena was professional and honest with their work. We showed them images of what haircuts we were looking for, and they replicated it to a T. But they were completely honest with their work - as to what could/couldn't be done due to the conditions of our hair. Kate did my hair today and was an absolute pleasure! They communicated what they were doing and why throughout the cut, explained the product amounts/type used and why, answered every single question I had (which was a lot as I am learning to take better care of my wavy/color treated hair), and generally created a relaxing experience and melted my haircut anxieties away. Absolutely will be returning for color and a more intense cut when the time comes.
