Traveling from Tulsa to Panama City, in a 40 foot diesel RV, the a/c in the dash blew warm. Called a few places and people seemed scared of our RV. Got ahold of Frimet, and the said they would take a look. After 30 minutes and 4lbs of freon we had cold air. The kindest owners and most helpful mechanics. Very honest and trustworthy!
We came from Kentucky and while going through Alabama discovered that Walmart forgot to secure the cap on our oil filter. Oil was everywhere. By the time we reached Panama City our engine light was coming on. We were referred to Frimet to Z and they were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Considering we don't know anyone around here, we were kinda freaking out. Thankfully Frimet came to our rescue & they did us a solid since we were on vacation. I'm glad that we were sent their way. They truly helped save our vacation.
The best customer service you could ever ask for!!! They always take care of me and my car. I won't go anywhere else. Amazing, Kind... There are not enough words to describe them!!
We have lived out at the beach about 20 yrs. Moving from in town. Live across the highway from them. And take our vehicles to no one else. We have a wonderful relationship with them. And have never done us wrong. I send all my friends and even my 77 yr. Old mother a widow. But I know they will take go care of her. And once a yr. for the older people come get a car wash from the church. And after go to Firmet. And do a oil change. Just all around nice people. And the owner is a great guy.
