This place is awful. The dental work is poor, the tools and machines are outdated, and the assistants lack proper knowledge, care and sanitation.
If I could give these people a minus stars it would be more accurate. They are the most incompetent practice of dentists that I have ever seen or experienced in my life. At every level, incompetence rules. From the receptionist to the dentist, they have been nothing but unacceptable and unable to provide the service a client needs. When they did my xrays, the missed an entire side of my mouth. They told me this but didn't retake the xrays. The dentist was in such a hurry that my cleaning is suspect. Dr. Nawabi is an amazing dentist! She's incredibly patient and diligent, always taking the time to explain every step of my treatment and making sure I'm comfortable throughout. I’ve had several procedures done, and she’s always been gentle and reassuring, helping me feel at ease. The office is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional.
