If I could give these people a minus stars it would be more accurate. They are the most incompetent practice of dentists that I have ever seen or experienced in my life. At every level, incompetence rules. From the receptionist to the dentist, they have been nothing but unacceptable and unable to provide the service a client needs. Dr. Nawabi is an amazing dentist! She's incredibly patient and diligent, always taking the time to explain every step of my treatment and making sure I'm comfortable throughout. I’ve had several procedures done, and she’s always been gentle and reassuring, helping me feel at ease. The office is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. I went to Friendship Smiles after having an emergency root canal. I was very blessed to get an appointment within a week. Though I’m still goin thru ongoing treatment bc I have a few issues to address, I’m very grateful and pleased with the services at this location. My experience with the front desk( Gloria) was very pleasant and I found her friendly and helpful. My dentist( Dr. Pass and Andres) they worked very hard and well together to address my issues.
