This is my second post to Google. 2019 Ram 1500 with 42000 miles showed a flashing check engine light. Had towed to dealership. FCDJR could not find any codes or engine issues. They went the extra mile to trace the issue including having the Tech drive home. They highly documented their inspection. On top, there was no charge. I highly recommend FCDJR for service. They do have a 3% charge for credit cards. Ask for Montana!
I recently purchased a used 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage from this dealership. While the physical transaction was okay, the Finance Department's behavior was completely unacceptable. The Finance Manager verbally agreed to include the TWS Gold Plus Package in my financing. However, I discovered later that the manager had instead added the significantly more expensive TWS Platinum Package ($2,500+) to my final agreement without my knowledge or consent. Service was excellent, no issues!
We moved here from Florida and using this dealership for service has been awesome. They are efficient, reliable and have great customer service. When I leave there after they work on our vehicle, I feel good knowing they treated me right. Montana is the young lady who has helped us tremendously.
