This was a total surprise in a good way. The excellent human care I received from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner was just amazing. Service was professional and prompt as in any first grade urgent care facility, but with a genuine human touch. They all spoke perfect English and the pre-surgery report they produced on my behalf, including EKG tracing, was a top notch.
