I never leave reviews but the experience that I had with the doctor was too amazing to not comment on. As somebody who has extreme anxiety surrounding medical settings due to a lot of medical malpractice that has happened against them I went into this nervous but with an open mind and the doctor that was assigned was absolutely amazing. Worst assistants ever!! Rude people and make so many mistakes.
I visited the second time at friendly of family health center. Dr. IWAN NYOTOWIDJOJO is kindness, knowledgeable, caring and listening to the patient. He explained every question I might have and referred me to see specialist doctors right after quickly. Thank you very much Dr. NYOTOWIDJOJO and all your staff at Friendly of family health center.
Dr.Nielsen and her back office staff are always a pleasure to communicate with on our visits. It is my opinion that Dr.Nielsen goes above and beyond for her patients and their families. In addition to her helpfulness and kind demeanor she is vastly knowledgeable and continues her research and studies to be able to share and do more for her patients. I am so grateful to have found a pediatrician that cares as much as she does.
A lot of people who are leaving negative reviews are people who simply don't know how the Healthcare system works. I have been going here for my son and honestly the staff are nice, I get quick appointments, and the pediatric (shout out to Katherine Nielsen) is incredible. Every advice or treatment she has offered has helped my son. Honestly don't listen to the haters they have no idea what they are even saying.
