I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Friends of Family Health Center. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The front office staff made everything smooth and stress-free, and you can truly feel that they put patients first. The Behavioral Health Department provides exceptional quality care. Friends of Family Health Center in Tustin truly deserves five stars! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and cared for. Everyone is incredibly kind, and respectful, which makes such a difference when visiting a medical office. Scheduling appointments with Caroline was surprisingly easy, and she did a great job accommodating with my busy schedule. I have been a patient at Friends of Family Health Center for several years, and overall my experience with the clinic itself has been acceptable. However, my experience with Dr. Rohani has been extremely disappointing and troubling. I trusted him with my care for four years, believing I was receiving proper treatment for my ongoing lower back and neck pain. Avoid this place if you can, especially Dr Maryam Haghnadeghar. She is overbooked with patients , has very little time with you, is very short and rude and will tell you off for making her run late with other patients when booking team doesn’t tell you to arrive way early than your appointment., Her nurse is very rude like her. You feel very rushed there and they tell you the limit of concerns you can present and how much time you have. She is thorough but has poor bed side manners.
