I have been a patient at Friends of Family Health Center for several years, and overall my experience with the clinic itself has been acceptable. However, my experience with Dr. Rohani has been extremely disappointing and troubling. I trusted him with my care for four years, believing I was receiving proper treatment for my ongoing lower back and neck pain. Avoid this place if you can, especially Dr Maryam Haghnadeghar. She is overbooked with patients , has very little time with you, is very short and rude and will tell you off for making her run late with other patients when booking team doesn’t tell you to arrive way early than your appointment., Her nurse is very rude like her. You feel very rushed there and they tell you the limit of concerns you can present and how much time you have. She is thorough but has poor bed side manners. My experience at this location was excellent. Dr. Rouhani and his team were professional, attentive, and made sure all my needs were met. I usually visit the La Habra location, but I often feel that some of the staff there disregard my needs and come across as dismissive. I'd rather driver farther to come here and receive this kind of positive treatment then go somewhere closer with poorer service.
