this place is by far the worst place ever ! I am a former manager & that place is ran by the most fucked up individuals .. They have no clue how to run a business .. It is absolutely filthy , there are bugs in the ice cream , flying around everywhere , even in the office trying to count money u have flies around your head. Last week a rat ran across the server isle , the staff are even worse ( well some of them ) they drop silverware and just pick it up without washing it and give it to people to use. Absolutely horrible. Staff were incredibly rude and rushed us even though we arrived an hour and a half before closing. They put my ice cream in a to-go container and brought it out at the same time as my dinner after forcing me to order it during our appetizer. Tell your employees to grow up and do their job!
5 min wait.....10 mins to get a glass of water. Then said she would be right back to take our ice cream only order. 8 mins later to take the order. I like their ice cream....but.....the service leaves alot to be desired.
Took 1/2 hour to get just ice cream in the dining room. AND these stupid games charge without warning. $2 dor a game without warning. I was furious to see it on my Bill. I'll never come back to this location EVER

Friendly's is a nice family place to take the children the price is reasonable and they sell icecream,, a win for everybody
My Sonnys favorite restaurant. Staff is super friendly.
