Very bad service.... Waited forever... And then paid for a Reeses sunday and after waiting forever mind you. They stuck our Sundays in a Kiddie cup .... The bill was 18.95. For 2.Kiddie Sundays and one frenzie... Are you kidding me... Up size it not down size. And it was a manager too. Nice
When you go to the pick up window to order and the employees decide to ignore you for 23 minutes. I mean the Chef the curl blonde guy the girl taking care of the pick up window and two other employees well that means your service and employee are bottom of the barrel. This happened at 10.28pm on 2/28/15. Never again...
Horrible! Place smells! We went there last night and what a horrible experience. Took a few mins to greet us and sit us down. Once we were sat down that was it. We didn't get asked if we needed anything or start with drinka nothing for about 20 mins. It took one of us to go get the person working to come to our table. The kids never got coloring things nothing. When she finally comes to us she takes our ice cream only order and then we dnt see her or the ice cream for a half hour!
