I've used Friendly Maids twice now and have been happy both times. I would definitely recommend them. The company believes in customer service very seriously, with follow-up phone calls and emails. Always on-time. The estimates are always fair and accurate and the cleaners who show up are always polite and do a great job.

I called and looked at more than a few cleaning services that service the greater LA area and decided that this one seemed like the best one to go with. I was not disappointed. From my initial call to schedule it to the follow up afterwards, they were professional all the way. The cleaning ladies were so nice and they made everything look so good. There was no cutting corners or skipping things, they got it all. There is a reason they are not dirt cheap, they are worth it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

Polite, professional and nice phone operators made setting up my home cleaning for next day simple. The maid was on-time and did an amazing job. She even had me review my apartment before wrapping up for the day. Great experience from initial contact to cleaning. Priced well for the service and convenience, I will definitely be using Friendly Maids again!
