They take credit cards which was very convenient for me. The women who came over were very nice, thorough, and asked me specifics of what I wanted as well as cleaning a lot of little spots that wouldn't have occurred to me. They even did my dishes for a few dollars more. A great experience.

I have very little faith in cleaning companies. They always show up and spend good time, but a day after they are gone you notice all the places they never cleaned. Friendly Maids is THOROUGH! They lift things off the counter and clean under them, they move things from the cabinets and clean inside. They are great! Using a credit card and booking online makes it even easier. Steve was great to deal with and we have multiple houses throughout the LA area that we rent out. They clean those for us as well!

Thank you so much, my place looks great! This could not have been easier to arrange and I could not have been happier with the outcome. Everyone looking for a cleaning service should stop wasting time and just use Friendly Maids. It's seriously the best option out there. From ease of pay, setting up appointments it just makes sense.

I had mentioned how important the dishes and bathroom were as I had some issues with past cleaning companies, and was pleasantly surprised with the job that was done on both. I will be using Friendly Maids in the future and have already begun to recommend them to friends who I know are not happy with the current service they use. We are going to try them at our beach house as well. They service all over LA and I was never happy with having to use to different companies to clean our house and beach house.

I have used them twice so far and plan on using them again in the near future. They work all over the LA area which is great. It was very easy to book (I prefer booking online - so much easier for me). I ended up having to reschedule my appointment and so I called the owner who was very pleasant and helpful. Friendly Maids did an AMAZING job of getting my Apt. clean and I'd say the price was very reasonable. I absolutely recommend them.

I called Friendly Maids on a moment's notice the day before I was having a party. My normal cleaning company didn't show when she was supposed to and the house needed desperate cleaning. Friendly was able to provide same day service and with exceptional outcome. The two women came at the appointed time and were nice and professional. I called Friendly for a move out cleaning of my condo in West Hollywood. They did an amazing job cleaning out my place. The cleaners arrived right on time and they were super easy to deal with. Every time I called the office to co-ordinate my service, I got someone right away and they are always eager to help. They cleaned in my fridge, my cabinets, my stove, my microwave, my oven, my baseboards - everything! They were outstanding, courteous and very hardworking. I was especially impressed with how they budgeted their time - there was a lot to be done, but they worked hard the whole time, and did the most important places to make it look the best in the time they had. We tried Friendly Maids last week for the first time, and it was a great experience. We made the appointment by email and provided all the details. The entire process was easy. The cleaners were very detailed and cleaned our house like it had never been cleaned before. We could tell they actually do clean because things in my bathroom cabinet were moved and put back in different places, clearly showing they cleaned the cabinet, not just wiped around things I will definitely use them again!
