A country drive through Hereford leads to our two hundred acre farm in Northern Baltimore County. Surrounded by three ponds, the view is breathtaking year-round.Our family started the Friendly Farm Restaurant in Upperco, Maryland in 1959. Crab cakes and shrimp were delicious!! Beautiful scenery. Very friendly sufficient staff. Really enjoyed the evening
They wouldn't let me order the children's chicken tenders, but after my family had been seated and was already eating, they sat a woman reeking of urine next to us. It was nauseating and completely ruinous to the enjoyment of our food, which we couldn't smell over the acrid smell of urine. If people lack basic hygiene, please decline their presence as quickly as you decline my ability to purchase one of your menu items. We had a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was outstanding. The restaurant helped host a fabulous retirement party for my friend and colleague. I would highly recommend Friendly Farms Restaurant.
I was out on vacation from Illinois, a friend of my cousin recommended you, so I gave it a shot. The lady at the register and my server with both very nice, it was the middle of the afternoon on a weekday, so my server gave me plenty of attention. I had the crab cakes and jumbo shrimp, and both were great, but those crab cakes were off the chart good. I've probably never had fresher crab, and if I get back that way, I will definitely be back. Thanks! 👍
The fried chicken is awesome. Food is fabulous and staff is the best! Love the place!
