We took Mom and Dad to Friendly farm today for usual Mother's Day lunch. I must day a little disappointed in the broiled crab cakes they looked like they had never been run under the boiler. I should have said something to waitress at time but didn't want to be any trouble. I'm talking no color at all!!! Hopefully no one else had this problem.

Take the long way. Get the dark meat fried chicken with an extra crab cake. Eat 3 sugar rolls with apple butter and get an Arnold palmer. Finish with vanilla ice cream and a coffee, and then take the kids to see the ducks at the pond. Then go home and take a nap :)

The best food around. The crab cakes are a 10 out of 10, All lump. Great location, away from the craziness of towns. The portions are huge, bring a large appetite. Yes it's pricey, but you won't leave feeling like you overpaid.

Best fried chicken around these parts. Freshly fried and not greasy and the sides are amazing. Especially love their hand cut fries and hot sugar rolls and Parker rolls. The scenery is gorgeous too with open windows and lots of space inside.

Sucked, a long way to drive for canned vegetables. Unimaginative and overpriced.

The fried chicken, crabcakes and the sugar rolls are the best. My only change would be to offer a different potato besides french fries. Service and food is delicious.
