The visit went smooth as usual.
I've been a patient of Dr. Lee for about 10 tests. Though I had moved to Irvine, i still would ratger drive to see him than finding a local dentist. Dr. Lee is the best.
The work was done well. It was professional. The office and lobby was clean, welcoming and comfortable. I felt very well taken care of. I appreciated the gift from the professional which was a tooth brush, Listerine mouthwash and dental floss. As I was leaving, she gave me some reminders as well. Making my payment went smoothly. It was a successful visit.
Service was outstanding. Kim cleaned my teeth.
Maria cleaned my teeth thoroughly! She wasn't heavy handed nor super light handed, just what's the word, PERFECT! I hope to have her again on my 6-month f/u. Dr. Le handled my abrasion with such finesse. She didn't even use numbing medication. she was that good! I'm so happy with the result. I don't know why I put it off. Jose was superb at his xray placements of the plates in my mouth. Usually I have a hard time with those because they dig into my gums or the plates are just shoved into my mouth. He's great at it.
Taking care of my regular cleaning was almost pleasant and almost pain-free. Dr. Lee took care of what could have been uncomfortable in a very professional and efficient manner.
