Not very happy I requested a hard-disk replacement. This HD was defective and crashed 4 or 5 times in a few months. The HD is still in warranty and will be replaced for free, but because of it being defective, I lost my data and I was not even offered a complimentary recovery. I was instead quoted about 250USD for something that was not my fault.
Computer runs great now! The owner Oren was at the shop to look at my computer. He was able to get his team to give it a quick diagnostic as to what was wrong. They were able to fix it quickly and get it back up and running for a good price.
Pleased with local service Fast, courteous and professional service! Not only is the service good, but the pricing is extremely competitive. Friendly computers has replaced a laptop hard drive and corrected a virus issue for our family. Both times the job was done at an affordable price and the quality of the work was outstanding.
Take your computer You can bring your computer in or they will look at it in your own home. They have convenient parking and are honest when it comes to quotes. They told me it would be cheaper to buy a new computer and lost a buyer just so I would have the best!
Best Services These people are great and are nicest around. They help you to your car and make sure you are satisfied with their services. Friendly is the right word for them too.

I had been emailing Tom at Friendly Computers and told him exactly what was wrong with my hard drive and what Geek Squad and other techs had told me (that it would have to go to a clean room in order to recover my data). Worst service I have ever had Had a virus on my computer they came out to fix and things were going normal for a service like that. They took it into the shop after being late. They do the repairs and return it to me. They had to mirror my files but deleted needed files on it that said were very important. About 30 minutes after the tech leaves it freezes up and my mouse and keyboard stop working. Call them back to pick it up and they pick it up a day later.
