2016 purchase Good Experience will come back again. This survey is making it a not so pleasant experience. It won't let me get out of it!
Lack of Service Department Service is slow - does not help to make an appointment, it will still take all day and then some. Problem with truck was not resolved because 'the system' says it is working correctly. This is the third bad experience with their service center. Will never return.

Great Experiance, not the stereotypical car dealer Steve was great to deal with, he made numerous trips from the lot to the office and back. Never once did he try and get us to go into the dealership and set down so the 'squeeze' could be put on us. Good thing for Steve and Garret Motors as we would have just left and went elsewhere, the same as we had just done prior with a dealership in Casa Grande. Friendly Chevy service Salesman Bud Heldenbrand is a superb 'people person'. He is honest, factual, and treats customers with no pressure.
Garrett motors Coolidge Arizona Excellent service, dropped my car off at appointed time and was out the dealer in about an hour.
Excellent Service Kirk Heydman provide such superior service to Stevinson customers. Kirk is the one reason we keep returning to Stevinson for car maintenance. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

What has happened to Customer Service Recently moved from the east coast, have a 2016 Chevy that was purchased in Janurary, received a call from the dealer back east re:a recall, per GM took it to Stevenson, customer service was pathetic, however the Service Manager called me in response to a negative survey.
