Lack of Communications I contacted Perla (sales person) and made an appointment to view a car that was advertised. I was driving up to Dallas from Houston. I asked her to call me if she needed to contact me. Several days before I made the trip, the car was sold. No one called me. No one emailed me. No one texted me. Oil change In and out under 45 minutes (with appointment). They rotated tires and washed my Tahoe. Very nice experience!
Awesome!! Bought a Yukon Denali, this dealership goes above and beyond for the customer. I am truly appreciative for everything they did for me. 2 weeks after purchase my rear defrost was not working. They replaced my entire rear window with defrost unit. Cost of 800.00, this was not covered by warranty. The dealership picked up this cost no questions asked. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Power Chevrolet!!!!
Awesome! Francisco was invaluable in leading us through the purchase of our pre-owned 2015 GMC Yukon Denali. From the test drive to the paperwork, he was thorough and competent as well as friendly. He spent as much time as needed to give us a detailed explanation of the features of the Denali and was patient with our questions. Good Sales Lousy Service Great sales experience but then the service experience for a recall situation was a complete fiasco, so mixed experience. I have told my friends that I would have no problem buying a new car from them, but would definitely go else where for service.
